摘要
目的探讨急性白血病(AL)患者外周血Treg细胞与Th17细胞比例及与病情的相关关系。方法收集2013年7月-2016年2月本院收治的急性白血病患者92例作为观察组,另取同期在本院进行体检的健康人群50例作为正常对照组。对比2组研究对象的外周血Treg细胞与Th17细胞比例,血清凝血及纤溶功能指标及病情相关指标的差异。进一步采用Pearson检验判断AL患者外周血Treg细胞与Th17细胞比例与病情严重程度的相关关系。结果观察组患者外周血中Treg细胞与Th17细胞比例高于正常对照组;观察组患者血清中凝血及纤溶功能指标血小板(PLT)的水平低于正常对照组,D-二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白原降解产物(FDP)、组织纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)的水平高于正常对照组,病情相关指标基质衍生因子-1α(SDF-1α)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)的水平高于正常对照组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AL患者外周血Treg细胞与Th17细胞比例与血清凝血及纤溶功能指标、病情相关指标均呈直接相关关系。结论 AL患者外周血中Treg细胞与Th17细胞比例上升,且其上升程度与病情严重程度直接相关。
Objective To study the proportion of peripheral blood Treg cell and Th17 cell in acute leukemia( AL) patients and their relationship with pathogenetic condition. Methods 92 cases of acute leukemia patients in our hospital during July 2013-February 2016 were selected as observation group,and 50 cases of healthy people at the same period were selected as the control group. The peripheral blood proportion of Treg cells and Th17 cells were compared between the two groups,and the difference of blood coagulation index and disease related index were also compared. Pearson test was used to determine the proportion of Treg cells and Th17 cells in AL patients and the relationship with severity of the disease. Results Treg cells and Th17 cell ratio in peripheral blood of observation group were higher than those in normal control group; serum coagulation parameters such as PLT was lower than that in normal control group,while,D-D,FDP,t-PA levels were higher than those in normal control group;the disease related indices such as SDF-1α,α-HBDH,LDH were higher than those in normal control group,with the differences statistically significant( P〈 0. 05). The proportion of Treg cells and Th17 cells in the peripheral blood in AL patients was directly related to the coagulation function and disease related indices. Conclusion The proportion of Treg cells and Th17 cells in peripheral blood in AL patients increased,and the degree of the increase is directly related to the severity of the disease.
