摘要多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种好发于育龄期女性、多基因遗传的、多器官多系统代谢紊乱的疾病。其发病原因尚不清楚,发病机制较为复杂。临床主要表现为不孕、月经不规律、肥胖、多毛等等,还有胰岛素抵抗和性激素等生化指标改变。由于普遍存在排卵障碍,PCOS患者常合并不孕症,最终部分患者需通过行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)受孕。笔者就其预防对策的相关研究进展作一综述。 Polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS） is a disease with multiple genetic,multiple organic and multiple system metabolic disorders in reproductive-age women. The pathogen remains unclear,and the pathogenesis is complicated. The main clinical manifestations are infertility, irregular menstruation,obesity,hirsutism and so on. Besides,there are also changes in biochemical markers,such as insulin resistance and abnormal sex hormones. Because of the prevalence of ovulation disorders,PCOS patients often suffer from infertility. In the end,some patients need to be fertilized by in-vitro fertilization-embryo transfer（ IVF-ET）. The purpose of this study is to summarize the relevant researches and provide some countermeasures for PCOS patients.
