首次雌二醇及首次孕酮检测在早期输卵管妊娠中的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨首次雌二醇(E2)、首次孕酮(P)及绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)在早期先兆流产和早期输卵管妊娠中的诊断价值。方法分析2015-01~2016-4在延安大学附属医院妇产科就诊的192例患者,记录其各自E2、P、β-HCG。结果三组间E2、P、β-HCG差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中A组为正常宫内早孕者68例,B组为先兆流产者64例,C组为输卵管妊娠60例。A组、B组和C组的E2分别为:(2059.13±1562.50)pmol/L、(846.81±582.37)pmol/L和(270.70±201.75)pmol/L;P分别为:(98.13±46.11)nmol/L,(45.45±30.91)nmol/L,(15.29±16.57)nmol/L;首次β-HCG分别为:(37902.26±41539.40)IU/L,(21434.67±22874.31)IU/L,(1124.19±1382.54)IU/L。结论首次E2、P可作为诊断早期先兆流产以及输卵管妊娠的重要依据。单次β-HCG并不能准确估计胚胎情况。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of first estradiol( E2),first progesterone( P) and human chorionic gonadotropin( β-HCG) detection in early threatened abortion and early tubal pregnancy. Methods 192 cases in the obstetrics and gynecology of Yan'an university hospital from January 2015 to April 2016 were analyzed,and the respective E2,P,β-HCG were recorded. Results The differences of E2,P,β-HCG between the three groups were statistically significant( P 〈0. 05). 68 cases in the A group is normal intrauterine early pregnancy; 64 cases in the B group is threatened abortion; 60 cases in the C group is tubal pregnancy. The E2 of group A,B and C were respectively( 2059. 13 ± 1562. 50) pmol/L,( 846. 81 ± 582. 37) pmol/L,( 270. 70 ± 201. 75) pmol/L. The P of group A,B and C were( 98. 13 ± 46. 11) nmol/L,( 45. 45 ± 30. 91) nmol/L,( 15. 29 ± 16. 57) nmol/L,respectively. The β-HCG of group A,B and C were( 37902. 26 ± 41539. 40) IU/L,( 21434. 67 ± 22874. 31) IU/L,( 1124. 19 ± 1382. 54) IU/L,respectively. Conclusion The first E2,P can be used as an important diagnostic basis in early threatened abortion and tubal pregnancy,single β-HCG does not accurately estimate the embryo.
