719例女性HPV感染情况及其亚型分析

Analysis of HPV infection and subtypes in 719 cases of women

目的分析延安大学附属医院健康体检女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染状况及其基因亚型分布特点。方法采集2016-12~2017-03在该院健康体检女性的719例宫颈脱落细胞进行HPV基因分型检测,采用导流杂交法(Hybri Max)进行HPV亚基因型分型,并对实验结果进行统计分析。结果 HPV感染率为23.37%。人群中感染最多的亚型依次为HPV-52、16、58亚型,感染率构成比分别为14.29%、13.69%、10.71%。各年龄段中60岁以上检出率最高为52.17%(P<0.05)。结论本研究女性宫颈的HPV感染率较高,对延安地区女性HPV感染的早期诊断和预防具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the status of female papilloma virus（ HPV） infection and its subtype distribution in affiliated hospital of Yan＇an university. Methods A total of 719 cervical exfoliative cells from healthy women in our hospital from December 2016 to March 2017 were collected for HPV genotyping. HPV subgenotypes were genotyped by Hybri Max,and the results were statistically analyzed. Results HPV infection rate was 23. 37%. The common subtypes in the population were HPV-52,16 and 58 subtypes. The infection rates were 14. 29%,13. 69% and 10.71%,respectively. The highest detection rate of 60 years old in all age groups was 52. 17%（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The high rate of HPV infection in female cervix in this study is of great significance to the early diagnosis and prevention of HPV infection in Yan＇an women.
