以岗位需求为导向的药学硕士专业学位培养体系的构建与思考

Construction of training system for pharmaceutical master's degree guided by position requirements

目的探讨药学专业学位教育与药学岗位需求,重点是与临床药师和执业药师资格认证有效衔接的必要性和可行性。方法通过对当前药学硕士专业学位教育和药学岗位需求现状,以及有关文献的调研和分析,发现存在的问题并提出相关的建议。结果当前药学专业学位研究生教育在职业素质训练与培养方向上与行业的岗位需求(职业资格认证)并不完全接轨。结论大力推进专业学位教学内容与药学岗位(职业)资格认证条件的衔接与互认并构建相应的培养体系,是完善药学专业学位教育的重要方向之一。

Objective To discuss the necessity and feasibility for the effective integration of the professional degree education with pharmaceutical position requirements, especially those of the clinical pharmacist and licensed pharmacist qualification certificates. Methods By investigating and analyzing current pharmaceutical professional degree education, the related position requirements, and the involved literatures, the existing problems were pointed out, and some suggestions were given. Results The talent cultivation and training orientation of current pharmaceutical professional degree education wasn＇t much in line with the requirements of vocational qualification certificate. Conclusion We should promote mutual recognition of the teaching contents of professional degree and the vocational qualification requirements, and construct corresponding trainin~ system, for the develot^ment of orofessional de^ree education.
