摘要
为提高城市电网防灾应急保障能力,客观应对城市电网面临风险,以减少损失、快速恢复为基本原则,远近结合,最大限度利用好现有网架,提升电网防灾抗灾水平,有必要开展保底电网规划研究工作。文中结合昭通地区灾害多发的特点,进行了保底电网的规划研究,经现实论证,取得了较为理想的效果。
In order to improve the emergency response capability of city power grid disaster prevention, city power grid objectively to face the risk, it is necessary to carry out research work base of power grid planning. Based on the characteristics of the disaster in Zhaotong, the planning research of the bottom power grid is carried out.
