摘要
通过对电厂静电除尘器在自动连续高频电源供电模式和脉冲供电模式下电除尘器进出口、湿式电除尘器进口以及烟囱入口粉尘浓度进行测试,考察了不同供电模式对电除尘器除尘效率、烟气排放粉尘浓度的影响。结果表明:在自动连续模式和脉冲供电模式下,静电除尘器的除尘效率分别为99.89%和99.85%,出口烟尘浓度分别为13.1 mg/m^3和18.3 mg/m^3。湿式电除尘器出口烟尘浓度分别为3.27 mg/m^3和4.11 mg/m^3,两种供电模式下烟尘排放浓度均满足环保要求。脉冲供电方式既保证了除尘效率又节省了电能,但由于设备在高能脉冲和低能脉冲之间不停切换,故稳定性不如自动连续方式。
Through the measurement of the dust concentration in the inlet and outlet of electrostatic precipitator, the outlet of wet electrostatic precipitator and also the inlet of stack with automatic continuous high - frequency power supply mode and pulsed power supply mode of the electrostatic precipitator, the effects of different power supply modes on dust removal efficiency anddust emission concentration were studied. The results showed that the dust removal efficiency of electrostatic precipitator is 99.89 % and 99.85 % respectively, and the outlet dust concentration is 13.1 mg/m3 and 18.3 mg/m3 respectively, with automatic continuous mode and pulse power supply mode. Wet dust collector outlet dust concentrations were 3. 27 mg/m3 and 4. 11 mg/m3, thedust emission concentrationunderthesetwo power supply mode meet the environmental requirements. Pulsed power supply method not only ensures the dust removalefficiencybutalsosaves energy, however, itstability is inferior to the automatic continuous mode, due to the device switched between the high - energy pulse and low energy pulsecontinuously.
