高水分褐煤CFB机组给煤系统防堵措施应用研究

Research on CFB Coal Feeding System about Coal Blocking Proof

某海外工程CFB机组,燃用高水分褐煤,给煤系统存在极大的堵煤危险性。针对CFB机组给煤系统容易出现堵煤的关键点,研究分别采取增加中心给料机、优化给煤机入口结构、改进给煤机出口落煤管布置等针对性措施,以保证给煤系统的顺利运行。

There is a high risk of coal blocking for a high moisture lignite fired CFBB abroad. In order to ensure the smooth operation of coal feeding system, a series of correspondent measurements against coal blocking are taken in this project, such as adapting central feeder, optimization of coal feeder inlet size and arrangement of coal drop pipe under coal feeder outlet.
