CCX-CKR表达水平与结直肠癌患者术后生存率的相关性研究

A study on correlation between CCX-CKR expression level and postoperative survival rate in patients with colorectal cancer

采用免疫组织化学法检测结直肠癌患者手术标本中CCX-CKR表达水平,分析3年临床外科163例结直肠癌患者资料,探索结直肠癌肿瘤标本中CCX-CKR表达水平与患者术后生存率之间的相关性。结果表明:结直肠癌肿瘤组织中CCX-CKR的表达水平显著低于配对正常结直肠黏膜组织中的表达水平,I、Ⅱ期结直肠癌肿瘤组织较Ⅲ、Ⅳ期肿瘤组织有更高的CCX-CKR表达水平,CCX-CKR高表达患者的远期生存率较高。因此,CCX-CKR表达水平与肿瘤分期呈负相关,而与患者总生存率(OS)呈正相关;CCX-CKR可作为结直肠癌的1个新预后因子,也可为相关治疗提供有价值的参考。

To analyze the expression level of CCX-CKR in the specimens of colorectal cancer patients by immunohisto- chemistry, and to investigate the correlation between the level of CCX-CKR expression in patients with colorectal cancer and the postoperative survival rate. A total of 163 colorectal cancer patients, who received surgical treatment in our hospi- tal between Jan 2012 and Feb 2014, were retrospectively recruited for analysis, the purpose was to examine the clinical parameters and to analyze the clinical relevance. Compared with normal colorectal tissue, the colorectal cancer tissues had a lower rat of CCX CKR expression. In cancer tissues staged Ⅰ and Ⅱ , the CCX-CKR expression levels were significantly higher than those staged Ⅲ and Ⅳ. The upregulation of the CCX-CKR expression was associated to a significantly higher survival rate. The upregulation of CCX CKR is negatively associated with TNM of colorectal cancer, and positively asso- ciated with the OS rate. CCX-CKR therefore provides a novel prognostic factor for colorectal cancer patients~ survival, as well as a valuable target for relevant therapies.
