新中国航空建制的大科学性与系统性

Big Science and System Engineering of Aeronuatical Institutions of PRC

大科学的发展需要有大科学性的建制与之相适应。20世纪航空科技由小科学走向大科学,航空建制也逐步完成了由小科学建制向大科学建制的转变。新中国在大科学性的系统工程思想的指导下,逐步构建了两种大科学性的航空建制,即职能性的航空建制与型号工程建制,这两种航空科技建制相互依托,成为新中国航空科技发展的基础。

The development of big science requires big scientific institutions. The development of aviation science and technology in 20Th century is transformed from small science into big science. Aeronautical institutions also conversed from small scientific institution into big scientific institution. With big science and systems engineering, two kinds of big aeronautical institutions of PRC were formed, which were functional aeronautical institution and modeling engineering institution, they relying on each other, formed the basis of aeronautical development of PRC.
