摘要
翻译项目风险与翻译项目成本、收益密切相关。随着项目风险的增大,翻译项目的成本投入会增加,翻译项目效益的输出则相应减少。但现有的项目风险研究文献对翻译项目风险的系统度量研究不多。本文将定性与定量研究方法相结合,建立基于WBS-RBS的翻译项目风险评价指标体系,并引入ANP决策法,经综合考虑上层元素对下层元素的支配作用及元素集、元素之间的相互影响,确定翻译项目风险因子的权重后,构建了基于ANP的翻译项目风险评价模型。基于此,实证研究翻译项目风险,验证该决策法的实用性。
Risks in a translation project are very closely related to the cost and the gain of the translation project. With the increase of risks in a translation project, the cost of the project will increase and the gain of it will reduce accordingly. In the existing literature, there are few studies on the systematic measurement of translation project risks. By combining qualitative and quantitative research, a risk assessment index system for a translation project based on a WBS-RBS model is established in this paper. Besides, ANP analysis method is applied to determine the weights of the translation project risk factors, taking the effects of the upper elements on the underlying elements and the interactions between elements and sets of elements into account. Furthermore, a risk evaluation model of the translation project based on ANP theory is constructed. Finally, this risk evaluation model is performed on the translation project to provethe effectiveness of ANP decision method.
