品德是个人以符合道德规范来回应外在情境的内在气质,必须包括道德的认知、情意、行为。品德教育系用来陶冶学生良好的社会行为与个性。高职院校大学生品德养成教育应强调身教、言教为实施品德教育准则。面对当前全球化潮流的历史挑战,我们要汲取中国优秀的传统文化注入当前的高职院校大学生品德养成教育工作中,培养具有中华民族优良传统和民族精神的大学生,构建以中华民族传统文化为依托,立足本国而又面向世界的社会主义先进文化。本文将对品德养成教育的内涵和核心价值进行阐述,重点分析我国高职院校大学生品德养成教育面临的困境,最后论述优秀传统文化在高职院校大学生品德养成教育中的实践。

The character is a person with ethical response to external situation of internal temperament,must include the moral cognition,feeling and behavior. Moral education is to cultivate students’ good social behavior and personality. In the moral character of college students to develop education should emphasize teaching,teaches for the implementation of moral education standards.The history of the challenges facing the current globalization tide,we should learn from Chinese excellent traditional culture into the current college students’ moral cultivation education work in higher vocational colleges,training with the fine tradition of the Chinese nation and national spirit of college students,building,which is based on the Chinese nation traditional culture,based on domestic and facing the world of advanced socialist culture. This article will be to the connotation of moral cultivation education and elaborates the core values,focuses on the plight of the college students’ moral cultivation education in our country,finally discusses the excellent traditional culture in higher vocational college students moral cultivation education in practice.
