基于思辨能力培养的5S教学法在英语写作教学中的运用

5S Teaching Methodology used in English Writing on the Basis of Critical Thinking Ability Cultivation

结合英语类专业学生的思辨能力和英语写作教学现状,形成基于思辨能力培养的以搜索(Search)、分享(Share)、展示(Show)、总结(Summarize)、拓展(Stretch)为内容的5S教学法,旨在适应现阶段社会对学生的各项要求和行业各项规定,逐步培养学生发现式学习、自主学习以及思辨能力,以顺应自身发展需求和满足社会发展及国际交流的需要,以期为英语写作类课程的革新提供些许借鉴。

The 5 s methodology incorporates five steps, which are search, share, show, summarize and stretch, based on critical thinking ability cultivation, and combining with the English major’s critical ability and the current situation of English writing course. It aims to help students to adjust to various vocational demands, cultivate students’ self-study and critical thinking gradually and satisfy self-developing, social developing and international communicating requirements. Also, this thesis aims to have a bit help on the reform of English Writing classes.
