法律诊所教育的新拓展——“公益法律服务志愿者项目”运行及启示

在全面推进依法治国的当下中国,无论是"良法"还是"善治",其关键因素就在于法律人才的培养和储备,法律人才的培养又依赖于法学教育。我国法学教育改革必须加快法学教育治理体系创新,加强法律职业化建设,从而满足"法治中国"的要求。作为法律诊所教育内容的新拓展,"公益法律服务志愿者项目"值得深入研究和思考,志愿者通过参与公益法律服务志愿者项目,播种了自己心中的"法治之种",见证了自己法治的成长之路,经历了法律职业伦理的洗礼,推动了社会的法治发展,进而能够更好地推进法学教育的发展和职业化法律人才的培养。

The legal educational reform need the theoretical innovation of legal education system and the construction’improvement of legal professionalism for the request of＂rule of law in China＂. As the new development of clinical legal education,＂Volunteer Program on legal Service for Public Welfare＂is worth researching and thinking deeply. The volunteers sow＂the seed of rule of law＂in the mind, witness the own improvement in legal ability and experience professional ethics in legal practice. That improves the social development of rule of law and legal education, and is helpful to cultivate professional legal talents.
