摘要
国家颁布《乡村教师支持计划(2015-2020年)》(简称《计划》)后,全国各省市、自治区均颁布了各自地区的《计划》,对未来五年支持乡村教师的改革和发展做了规划。根据政策分析的角度,透视各地区的《计划》,各地关于支持乡村教师的谋划,不管是从总体要求、政策措施,还是组织实施都有一定的突破,但也存在一些共性问题,本文对《计划》及时比较分析,在《计划》的基础上,提出完善地方《计划》的建议。
The state promulgated the plan for support rural teachers(2015-2020 years)( referred to as the plan), throughout all the provinces, autonomous regions have enacted their own region plan, make a plan of reform and development of rural teachers’ support for the next five years. According to the perspective of policy analysis, regional perspective plan, around the township planning support on village teachers, whether requirements, policies and measures in general, or the organization has a breakthrough, but there are some common problems of the plan in comparative analysis, in the plan foundation on perfecting local planproposal.
