摘要
目的探讨心境稳定剂丙戊酸联合右侧前额叶皮质重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗双相障碍躁狂发作的临床效果。方法选取2014年5月~2016年5月本院收治的100例双相障碍躁狂发作患者采用随机数字表法分为联合组和药物组各50例,两组患者均给予丙戊酸进行基础治疗,联合组同时给予rTMS刺激治疗,连续治疗14 d(1次/d),观察两组的治疗效果差异。结果治疗前,两组患者的BRMS、CGI-BP评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7d、14d后,联合组的BRMS、CGIBP评分均显著的低于药物组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙戊酸联合rTMS治疗双相障碍躁狂发作具有较好的临床效果及安全性。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mood stabilizers combined with right prefrontal cortex rTMS in patients with bipolar mania.Methods 100 patients with bipolar mania in our hospitalwere selected and randomly divided into combination group and drug group（50 cases in each group）.Two groups of patients were treated with valproic acid basic treatment.The patients in combination group were given rTMS stimulation therapy with continuous treatment for 14 d（1 times/d）.The clinical efficacy was observed in two groups.Results Before treatment,the BRMS,CGI-BP scores of two groups of patients showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）.After treatment 7 d,14 d,the BRMS and CGI-BP scores in patients of combination group were significantly lower than those in patients of drug group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Mood stabilizers and right prefrontal cortex rTMS in treatment of patients with bipolar mania can get good effect and low rate of adverse reactions.
