2型糖尿病并抑郁情绪患者采用医护患团队护理模式的效果研究

The effect of doctor-nurse-patient team nursing on type 2 diabetic patients with depression

目的探讨医护患团队护理模式对2型糖尿病合并抑郁症患者抑郁状态及血糖水平的影响。方法选取本院2013年7月~2016年7月收治的104例2型糖尿病合并抑郁症患者的临床资料,随机分为对照组(51例)和观察组(53例),分别给予常规护理和在常规护理的基础上合并医护患团队护理。护理前后不同时间分别对两组进行抑郁自评量表(SDS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,检测不同时间的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平,并进行比较分析。结果经过不同的护理干预,两组SDS评分、HAMD评分、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖检测水平与本组干预前比较,均出现显著的下降(P<0.05),且护理干预后不同时间的组间比较也存在显著差异,表现为观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病合并抑郁症患者在常规护理的基础上实施医护患团队护理效果确切,可以显著改善患者的抑郁症状以及血糖水平。

Objective To explore the effect of doctor-nurse-patient team nursing on depressive symptoms and blood glucose level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with depression.Methods 104 patients with type 2 diabetes and depression admitted in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group（n=51）and the observation group（n=53）,patients in the two groups were given routine nursing care and doctor-nurse-patient team nursing combined with routine care respectively.SDS score,HAMD score,fasting blood glucose,and postprandial 2 h blood glucose level were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention.Results The two groups did not differ statistically in terms of rating scale scores and blood test results before intervention（P〉0.05）.After intervention,SDS score,HAMD score in the two groups were all significantly decreased（P〈0.05）,and the observation group showed significantly lower scores than the control group（P〈0.05）.With regard to fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose,the observation group showed significantly lower level than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of doctor-nurse-patient team nursing on the basis of routine nursing on type 2 diabetes patients with depression is evident;this type of nursing can significantly relieve depressive symptoms and lower blood glucose level of patients.
