情智护理干预对人流手术患者应激水平及护理满意度的影响

Influence of emotional intelligence nursing intervention on stress level and nursing satisfaction of patients with artificial abortion

目的探讨情智护理干预对人流手术患者应激水平及护理满意度的影响。方法将112例进行人流手术的患者采用数字表法分为观察组56例和对照组56例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行情智护理干预,比较两组的心理应激水平、皮质醇、肾上腺激素水平以及护理满意度。结果观察组术后的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,术后的皮质醇、肾上腺激素均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情智护理干预能够减轻人流手术患者的心理应激和生理应激水平,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of emotional intelligence nursing intervention on stress level and nursing satisfaction of patients with artificial abortion.Methods 112 cases of patients with artificial abortion were randomly divided into the observation group（n=56）and the control group（n=56）.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given emotional intelligence nursing intervention based on the control group.The psychological stress level,cortisol,adrenal hormone levels and nursing satisfaction was compared between the two groups.Results Anxiety and depression score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the cortisol and adrenal hormones was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The emotional intelligence nursing intervention can reduce the psychological stress and physiological stress level of patients with artificial abortion,improve patient satisfaction with nursing.
