摘要
为优选盆痛清微型灌肠剂的凝胶基质及其制备工艺.以卡波姆-940、甘油用量、pH值为可变因素,以成品稳定性为指标,进行正交实验.结果表明:卡波姆-940用量1.0%,甘油用量8.0%,pH为7.0时为最佳工艺.优选得到的工艺稳定可行,易于患者接受,适宜临床推广.
The aim is to select the substration and the preparation process of PQT micro-enemas. Taking the Carbomer-940, glycerin dosage, pH value as variables and the product stability as index, the orthogonal tes- ting design is carried out. The results show that the 1.0% dosage of carbomer-940, 8.0% dosage of glycerol and pH 7.0 are the best conditions of preparation process. It is conclude that the optimized procedure is stable and feasible, so as to use for patients and clinical expansion.
