基于黄炎培职业教育思想的职业教育体系探究

Research on Vocational Education System Based on Huang Yanpei's Vocational Education Thought

黄炎培职业教育思想提倡实用主义,重视教育与生活相联系,强调职业教育需适应社会需要,对当今的职业教育体系的建立仍具有指导意义。文中分析了我国目前的职业教育体系主要存在专业课程设置不合理、传统思想观念制约、开放程度低、管理体制不当、缺乏高层次职业教育的弊端,并在黄炎培职业教育思想的指导下,提出了相应的改革策略,建立以实用主义为核心的职业教育体系,实现终身教育的理念以及职业教育为民服务的宗旨。

Huang Yanpei＇sthought of vocational education advocates pragmatism,attaches great importance to the connection between education and life and emphasizes that vocational education needs to adapt to the requirements of the society,which is still instructive for the establishment of today＇s vocational education system.This paper analyzes vocational education drawbacks of unreasonable curriculum setting,restrictions of traditional concepts,the corresponding reform strategy is proposed under the guidance of vocational education ideas of Huang Yanpei to establish vocational education system with pragmatism as the core and realize the purpose of lifelong education concept and the principle of vocational education serving the people.
