摘要
新世纪以来,激励机制与英语教学相结合的研究逐步兴起,以《新编实用英语》(天津版)教学实践为例,阐述了激励机制在英语教学实践中的构建,从根本上解决了高职生学习动机不足的问题,也为高职英语教学突破创新带来新的思考。
in the new century,the research on combination of incentive mechanism and English teaching is gradually emerging.Taking the teaching practice of＂New Practical English＂（Tianjin Edition）as an example,this paper expounds the construction of incentive mechanism in English teaching practice and fundamentally resolves the problem ofhigher vocational students＇ lacking motivationto learn,and it also puts forward new thought forbreakthroughs of English teaching in higher vocational education.
