摘要
提出了立足现有硬件设备、结合PLC编程的基本指令与控制流程图、功能图等工具,综合利用实训设备,开发教学资源的思路,对某个顺序控制的设备给出了利用程序流程图、功能图分析,采用基本指令、步进指令、功能指令和置位复位指令,通过一题多解实现了实训设备的综合应用。
The author proposes to explore the teaching resource to achieve the comprehensive application of training equipment through the combination of PLC program basic order,control flow diagram,function diagram and other tools.For the equipment in sequence control,the comprehensive application is achieved through basic instructions,step ladder instructions,functional instructions and set-reset instructions based on the analysis of programming flow diagram and functional diagram.
