郭勇教授运用健脾法在肿瘤“四阶段”中的应用

[目的]总结郭勇教授在肿瘤"四阶段"中应用健脾法的临床经验。[方法]通过跟师学习、整理医案、总结临床经验等方式,总结分析郭勇教授运用中医健脾之法治疗肿瘤的思路及方法,并例举临床医案以验证。[结果]郭勇教授认为,肿瘤的发生与正气不足、脾气虚弱有很大关系,且在肿瘤的不同阶段中无不体现出脾虚的症状,因此健脾法在预防肿瘤的发生、发展及治疗等方面发挥重要作用。在临床上以健脾法为基本大法,根据辨病与辨证相结合,化裁出多种健脾之法,灵活应用,在提高患者临床疗效上起很大作用。[结论]郭勇教授根据肿瘤患者不同阶段灵活运用健脾法,有独到的见解,值得临床推广应用。

[Objective] This paper summarizes the application of professor GUO Yong using different spleen methods in the ＂four stages＂ of tumor. [Method]Through the learning with the teacher, finishing medical records, summing up the clinical experience, etc., we could sum up and analysis the experience of Professor GUO Yong about using of traditional Chinese medicine spleen treatment of cancer ideas and methods, and exemplify cases to verify.[Results]Professor GUO Yong considers that the occurrence of the tumor is related to the spleen deficiency closely, and the symptoms of spleen deficiency can be manifested in different stages of the tumor.Therefore, strengthening spleen in the prevention of tumor occurrence, development and treatment of tumors play an important role. In clinical practice,Professor GUO Yong thinks that the basic method of strengthening spleen is based on the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, a variety of methods of strengthening spleen developed,can be used to improve the clinical effect of patients.[Conclusion] Professor GUO Yong, at different stages of the tumor, has the flexibility to treat the tumor with the method of invigorating the spleen,and has unique insight and deserves to be applicated and promoted in clinic.
