All kinds of simulation software provide a verification platform for e-learning and engineering practice. Introducing simulation software into teaching can help deepen students＇ understanding of knowledge and improve students＇ interaction. This paper introduces the significance of Hspice software in the teaching of electronic specialty courses, gives examples of application in the comparator simulation. The practice shows that the simulation software is not limited to the ideal signal verification, but also can simulate the impact of various parasitic parameters on the circuit to further enhance the students＇ understanding and mastery of the knowledge.
