This paper mainly discusses the related problems of the multimedia resources construction in the art colleges and universities in the new media environment, defines the multimedia resources construction in the art colleges and universities, analyzes the characteristics of the new media dissemination era, and analyzes the problems that the four major needs of the construction of the multimedia colleges and universities face with problems, puts forward corresponding solutions and programs.
