食品安全可追溯系统通过对信息的记录和传递,实现产品的溯源和安全控制。文章对可追溯管理的提出、食品安全问题产生根源、现行食品安全监管体系、可追溯管理设计及其关键技术应用进行了系统分析,并指出了可追溯系统的发展趋势,为实施可追溯管理提供参考。

The food safety traceability system enable traceability and safety control of products through the recording and delivery of information. This paper systematically analyzes the issues of traceability management, the root causes of food safety problems, the current food safety regulatory system, traceability management design and the application of its key technologies, and points out the development trend of traceability system, for providing reference for implementing traceability management.
