Cultural auditorium plays an important rote in promoting the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas. As a complex of rural culture, it not only bears the function of Ideological and moral construction, recreational activities and the popularization of knowledge and skills, but also the platform of inheriting and displaying the traditional culture and historical imprint. This article will elaborate the significance of combining traditional culture and cultural auditorium design. Through on-the-spot investigation, the author analyzes the existing state of the relationship between the two, and puts forward how to design the cultural auditorium with the traditional culture as the basis, and puts forward some concrete suggestions for the ＂spiritual home＂ to take root in the countryside.
