摘要
通过分析河北省"关于加快工业设计产业发展的实施意见"和"关于支持工业设计发展的若干政策措施",结合河北产业实际和现实条件,从工业设计的作用和价值出发,分析了河北工业设计产业的发展现状,围绕产业链部署创新链,提出了产业转型期河北发展工业设计产业的工作思路与对策建议,为政府进行工业设计产业发展规划与具体实施提供决策参考。
Based on the analysis of Hebei Province＇s ＂Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Industrial Design Industryt＇ and ＂Several Policies and Measures to Support the Development of Industrial Design＂, combined with the actual and realistic conditions of Hebei industry, this paper analyzes the development status of Hebei industrial design industry from the function and value of industrial design, to deploy the innovation chain around the industrial chain, it puts forward some ideas and countermeasures for development of Hebei industrial design industry in the period of industrial transformation, and provides decision-making reference for the government to carry out industrial design industry development planning and specific implementation.
