摘要
随着电子商务迅速发展,在技术趋同化的背景下,提高用户体验满意度成为行业发展的重要因素。文章通过分析感性工学与交互设计理论及方法的共同目标,以感性工学结合交互设计诠释优化电商App的用户体验,提高电商APP与用户之间的黏性。
With the rapid development of e-commerce, in the context of technology convergence, improve user experience satisfaction as an important factor in the development. In this paper, by analyzing the common goal of kansei engineering and usre experience design theory and method, the author tries to optimize the user experience of e-commerce App with the combination of kansei engineering and interactive design, and improve the stickiness between the App and the user.
