摘要 为了RFID通信模块设计需要,研究常用防护器件瞬态抑制二极管(TVS)的电磁脉冲防护能力。选取三种常用的TVS器件,在静电电磁脉冲和方波脉冲试验条件下,进行电磁脉冲响应规律的测试研究。测试结果表明,一般类型的TVS器件的响应时间普遍高于1ns,脉冲上升沿1ns内的能量就无法被TVS器件在第一时间内吸收,会影响或损伤被防护的电子设备,甚至TVS防护器件。综合钳位电压值和钳位时间,其中一种TVS器件在测试电压300V以内的防护性能可满足模块的防护要求。而另外两种TVS器件对于快上升沿电磁脉冲的防护性能较差,在此环境下无法达到电磁脉冲防护要求,但在其它工作条件下可参考它们的特性数据进行选择应用。 In order to design the RFID communication module, the electromagnetic pulse protection ability of the transient voltage suppressor diode (TVS) commonly used has been stud- ied. Three kinds of TVS devices were selected to research the electromagnetic impulse response under the condition of electrostatic electromagnetic pulse and square wave pulse lest. The test results show that the response time of general type TVS devices is generally higher than lns, and the energy corresponding to the pulse rising edge of the first lns can not be absorbed by the devices, which could affect or damage the protected electronic equipment, even the protective device. Considering the clamping voltage and clamping time, protec device can meet the protection requirements of the module under t The other two TVS devices has poor protection performance for t fast rising edge and can not meet the protection requirement in this in other working conditions according to their characteristic data.
