聚丙烯近年来成为合成树脂中发展最快的产品之一,在世界合成树脂品种中也占有越来越重要的地位,但聚丙烯生产中存在着诸多的危害因素,如何对这些危害因素进行有效的识别、分析与评价,对提高生产的安全性,保障装置的连续、稳定运行有着十分重要的影响。将采用定性及定量相结合的方式,对聚丙烯装置的安全性进行分析及评价,找出聚丙烯装置的安全隐患,为装置的安全设计及稳定运行提供建议。

Polypropylene has been one of fast developed synthesis resin products, and it is becoming more and more important. But there exists some hazardous factors in the process in polypropylene production. How to effectively identify, analyze and assess these hazardous factors has signifi cant infl uences to the enhancement of safety in process as well as the guarantee of continuous and stable operation. In this article, by using the method combining quantitative and qualitative modes, the safety of polypropylene plant was analyzed and assessed. The hidden dangers for the safety of the plant were found. Then some proposals for the design of the safety of plant and for its stable operation were presented.
