中药提取工艺节能降耗设计探讨

Discussion of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction in Design of Chinese Medicine Extraction Process

中药提取的能耗在中药生产中占主要部分。当前,能源消耗、环境污染问题与中药企业快速发展存在的矛盾越来越大。我国提出医药产业集约化发展,作为能耗大户的中药企业节能降耗意义重大。对中药提取工艺节能降耗必要性进行了论述,分析了中药提取过程中的主要能耗,从中药提取工艺中节能设备的应用、节能工艺的应用以及生产管理等方面对提取节能降耗措施进行了详细探讨,为设计节约技术型中药企业提供思路。

Energy consumed in extraction is main part of energy consumption in Chinese medicine production. Currently, the contradiction between energy consumption and environment protection is becoming apparent. It was signifi cant in energy saving as the enterprises with large energy consumption to develop integration of Chinese medicine productions. In this article, the necessity of reducing energy consumption in Chinese medicine extraction process was expounded, and the main energy consumption in the process was analyzed. From the aspects of production management and applying energy saving equipment and processes, the measures of energy saving and emission reduction were discussed in detail, which may be referenced by some Chinese medicine enterprises focused on saving technology.
