Design of Embedded Measurement and Control System Based on SOPC

摘要 介绍了1种基于Nios II软核处理器的数据采集系统和控制电路设计.系统以FPGA为平台,实现光电二极管阵列、ADC等硬件布局;基于Nios II处理器,完成步进电机控制以及串口通信功能.光电传感器采集的数据经由ADC转换后缓存于SDRAM中,通过USB传输至上位机进行数据分析处理.这种基于SOPC的嵌入式系统具有集成度高、灵活性强的特点,能缩短产品的开发周期. A design of data acquisition system and control circuit based on Nios II soft-core processor is introduced. As the core of whole system, FPGA was used to realize the driver of photodiode array and Analog-to-Digital converter; The system function consist of control of stepping motor and serial communications with PC was realized. The data acquired through photoelectric sensors was converted by ADC and then buffered in SDRAM, transmitted to the PC via USB interface for data analysis and processing. This embedded system based on SOPC was of high integration and flexibility, which could reduce the development cycle of product.
