摘要
采用有机化学和配位化学方法合成了1种有机钒配合物—罗格列酮氧钒,并且通过红外光谱方法分析了其结构.利用合成的罗格列酮氧钒以及硫酸氧钒,对糖尿病模型小鼠进行口服灌胃治疗.结果表明,罗格列酮氧钒比硫酸氧钒更能有效降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平,改善其"3多1少"症状,未发现其有明显的毒副作用.证明罗格列酮氧钒是一种很有潜力的治疗2型糖尿病的新型口服药物.
Diabetes has been cited as the most challenging health problem in the 21 st century as the rapid economic growth and changes in lifestyle. In the current investigation, an organic vanadium compounds, vanadyl rosiglitazone, was synthesized and determined by infrared spectra. Vanadyl rosiglitazone and vanadyl sulfate were delivered to the diabetic mice through oral administration for five weeks. The results of mouse model test indicated that vanadyl rosiglitazone could regulate the blood glucose level and relieve the symptoms of polydipsia, polyphagia, polyuria and weight loss without side effects observed and was more effective than vanadyl sulfate. The study indicated that vanadyl rosiglitazone is a good potential candidate for the development of a new type of oral therapy for type 2 diabetes.
