摘要 以IGCC项目两段式干煤粉气化炉为对象,以理论研究为基础,结合生产实践,分析了影响堵渣的主要因素;选取两种试验用煤作为入炉煤进行燃烧试验,得到不同阶段、不同条件下的运行试验数据,同时,结合运行过程中发生的堵渣事故实例,总结出静态堵渣、动态堵渣及AGC运行工况堵渣三种事故类型;根据堵渣部位,提出"气顶破渣"和"水顶破渣"两种处理措施。 In the paper,taking the two-stage dry pulverized coal gasification furnace of the IGCC Project as the object,based on the theoretical research,combined with production practice,the main factors affecting the slag blockage were analyzed. 2 kinds of coal were selected for burning test in the furnace,to get the test data at different stages and under different conditions. Meanwhile,based on the slag blockage accidents during the operation,3 kinds of accident types were summarized:static slag blockage,dynamic slag blockage and slag blockage at AGC operating condition,and according to the blockage location,2 treatment measures of "breaking slag at gas top" and "breaking slag at water top" were put forward.
