摘要
简述了高压多级流化床热解-加氢-气化一体化工艺技术HYGAS的研发背景、历程及理论依据,介绍了该技术的工艺及核心设备一体化炉运转流程,共分四部分:干燥热解段、低温加氢裂解段,高温加氢裂解段、纯氧气化段,探讨了该技术的特点及在我国推广该技术的前景。
The research background and development progress of pyrolysis-hydrogenation-gasification integration technology of high pressure multi-stage fluidized bed(HYGAS) were briefly introduced. The process of the technology and operation process of the key equipment integration furnace were introduced,4 stages in total:drying pyrolysis stage,low temperature hydrocracking stage,high temperature hydrocracking stage and pure oxygen gasification stage. And the technical advantage,characteristics and the prospect of promoting the technology in China were discussed.
