摘要
【目的】探讨椰子萌芽过程中吸器内含物的变化规律,为提高椰子种果发芽率及促进椰子产业可持续发展提供参考依据。【方法】统计新鲜成熟的本地高种和红矮椰子吸器发育过程中椰果的果实重量、纵横径、水含量、椰肉厚度及吸器重量和纵横径,使用紫外分光光度计测定,并分析本地高种椰子吸器萌发过程中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及可溶性蛋白和多酚含量等各组变化情况。【结果】椰果内的液态胚乳随着椰子吸器发育过程中体积与重量的增大逐渐减少直至完全被吸收,白色硬质状椰肉逐渐被吸收软化且变褐色;多酚和可溶性蛋白含量逐渐减少,SOD和POD活性呈先上升后下降的变化趋势;内含物间具有密切的相关性,其中,多酚含量与SOD活性呈显著负相关(P<0.05,下同),与可溶性蛋白含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);POD活性与可溶性蛋白含量呈显著负相关,与SOD活性呈显著正相关。【结论】新鲜成熟椰果的吸器在发育过程中具有较高的SOD、POD活性及多酚和可溶性蛋白含量,用作繁殖材料可获得较佳的育苗效果。
【Objective】The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of coconut haustorium inclusion during the germination of coconut,and provide reference for improving the germination rate of coconut and sustainable development of coconut industry.【Method】Fresh mature local high-seedling coconut and red coconut were used as materials.Coconut weight,vertical and horizontal diameters,coconut water content,pulp thickness,haustorium weight,vertical and horizontal diameters of haustorium were measured during the development.SOD activity,POD activity,soluble protein content and polyphenol content of local high-seedling coconut were detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometer during germination of haustorium.【Result】The liquid endosperm in coconut gradually reduced with the increase of the volume and weight of the coconut haustorium until it was completely absorbed.Then white hard coconut pulp was gradually softened and brownened.The content of polyphenol and soluble protein decreased gradually,SOD and POD activities increased first and then decreased.The correlation among inclusion was close.There was significant negative correlation between polyphenol content and SOD activity(P<0.05,the same below),and there was extremely significant positive correlation between polyphenol content and soluble protein content(P<0.01).There was significant negative correlation between POD activity and soluble protein content,and significant positive correlation between POD activity and SOD activity.【Conclusion】Fresh mature coconut haustorium contains high SOD and POD activities,polyphenol content and soluble protein content during the development.Using coconut haustorium as reproduction material can achieve sound culturing effects.
