摘要
论述了烧结砖瓦生产领域的现状并强调其生产装备由机械化、半自动化步入智能化阶段是大势所趋。主要从复杂生产流程多源异构数据建模分析与信息系统开发、窑车垛坯自动检测及出入窑调度优化与窑炉智能控制和码烧后工序智能化作业与协同控制等方面介绍如何实现砖瓦智能化生产。
This paper discusses the status of fired brick production and emphasizes its production equipment frommechanization, semi-automatic into intelligent stage is the trend of the times, and introduces the realization ofbrick and tile intelligent production from several aspects.
