养胃颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的疗效

Efficacy of Yangwei granules in treating precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis

目的探讨养胃颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的疗效。方法慢性萎缩性胃炎患者106例,随机均分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予阿莫西林1.0g、埃索美拉唑20mg、克拉霉素0.5g和枸橼酸铋钾0.6g,均每天2次且连续服用14d。观察组在对照组的基础上给予养胃颗粒5g口服,每天3次且连续服用3个月。比较两组患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的改善情况、胃黏膜病理组织学变化及临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后Hp感染情况均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);两组治疗后病理组织学评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为54.72%,高于对照组的28.30%(P<0.05)。结论加用养胃颗粒能进一步改善慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的炎症反应和癌前病变状态。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Yangwei granules in treating precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 106 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis was equally divided into two groups.Group B was treated with amoxicillin 1.0 g,esomeprazole 20 mg,clarithromycin 0.5 g and bismuth potassium citrate 0.6 g twice per day for 14 days and group A was treated with additional Yangwei granules 5 g three times per day for 3 months.The improvement of Helicobacter pylori（Hp）infection,pathologic histology of gastric mucosa and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Results The condition of Hp infection improved after treatment compared to before in two groups（P〈0.05）.The pathological histological score was lower after treatment than that before treatment in two groups（P〈0.05）,which was better in group A than that in group B（P〈0.05）.The overall effectiveness rate was higher in group A than that in group B（54.72% vs.28.30%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Additionally use of Yangwei granules can improve the inflammatory response and precancerous lesions in the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.
