他汀类药物对HBV复制的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨他汀类药物对HBV复制的影响。方法高脂血症、动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病合并HBsAg阳性患者46例,其中23例给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗(瑞舒伐他汀组),23例给予阿托伐他汀治疗(阿托伐他汀组)。治疗前及治疗6个月后测定两组患者HBV DNA定量。结果患者治疗后HBV DNA与治疗前比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),两组治疗前后HBV DNA亦无统计学差异(P>0.05)。瑞舒伐他汀组治疗后HBV DNA下降程度较阿托伐他汀组明显(P<0.05)。结论他汀类药物对宿主体内HBV的复制有一定的抑制作用。
