摘要
文章以新疆昌吉市为研究对象,基于"P-S-R"模型、熵值法、综合指数法及耦合分析法评价2002-2015年昌吉市城镇化和生态环境耦合阶段及发展水平。结果表明:(1)城镇化质量与生态环境水平变化差异性明显。其中经济和社会城镇化对昌吉市城镇化综合水平影响最大,生态环境响应对生态环境综合水平影响最大。(2)城镇化和生态环境综合水平整体波动上升的演变趋势,两个系统发展水平差距呈现变小的趋势,耦合协调度在研究时期内总体水平相对较高,其变化范围是0.4419-0.8316。(3)城镇化与生态环境耦合协调度呈阶段性特征。2002年属于非协调阶段,其类型为衰退类-轻度失调城镇化滞后型;2003-2011年为转型期阶段,其类型分别为发展类-初级协调城镇化滞后型和中级协调发展类城镇化滞后型;2012-2015年属于协调阶段,其类型为发展类-良好协调城镇化滞后转向生态环境滞后型。
The urbanization and ecological environment coupling develop stage and level of Changji city during 2002 to 2015 were evaluated based on the entropy method, "P-S-R" model, comprehensive index method and coupling analysis method. The results showed that:(1)There is obviously different between urbanization quality and ecological environment level. The economy and society urbanization has the biggest influence on the comprehensive urbanization level of Changji city, and the ecological environment response has the greatest impact on the comprehensive ecological environment level of Changji city.(2)The urbanization and ecological environment comprehensive level of Changji city appears rising trend, and development gap between these two systems get smaller, the general coupling coordination degree has a high level during the research period, the variation range is 0.4419-0.8316.(3)The urbanization and ecological environment coupling coordination has the characteristic of periodic changes. The year in 2002 belongs to the non coordination stage, the type has the character of recession-lightly hysteretic imbalance urbanization; the years between 2003 to 2011 belong to the transformation stage, the type separately belong to develop-primary hysteretic coordination urbanization and intermediate development hysteretic urbanization. The years between 2012 to 2015 belong to the coordination stage, the type changed from develop-well coordination hysteria urbanization type to the type of ecological environment hysteretic urbanization.
