高校青年体育教师担负着高等学校体育事业的未来,心系着大学生的身心健康成长。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法,探讨了高校青年体育教师的成长路径,得出:高校青年体育教师成长面临的困境主要表现为基础条件薄弱,科研之路举步维艰;经济收入拮据,生活之路压力重重;竞争异常激烈,工作之路阻力重重;制度保障缺乏,动力机制不足。高校青年体育教师成长的路径主要包括加强学习,准确定位,傍"大款",提高科研能力;发挥优势,组织训练,创成绩,扩大社会影响力;突出重点,创造条件,积经验,提高教育教学能力。

Young PE teachers are responsible for the healthy growth of students and the future of sports in university. By using the methods of literature review, expert interview and logical analysis, the paper analyse the growth of young PE teachers in university. The difficulties faced by young PE teachers in university include the weak basic conditions result the difficult of scientific research; the pressure from economic income and daily life; the fierce competition result the resistance to work; the lack of system guarantee and motivation mechanism. Growth path mainly includes strengthen learning, accurate positioning, close to the "famous people", to improve the ability of scientific research; play our advantage and organize sports team, creative achievements, expand social influence; make focus,create conditions to accumulate experience, improve teaching ability.
