简述内蒙古生态文明建设七十年发展历程

On Development of Ecological Civilization Construction in Inner Mongolia in 70 Years

从内蒙古自治区成立至今,内蒙古生态文明建设可以分为三个阶段:第一阶段是从内蒙古自治政府成立到十一届三中全会;第二阶段是从十一届三中全会到中国共产党第十七次全国代表大会;第三阶段是中共十七大召开后内蒙古扎实推进生态文明建设阶段,内蒙古生态文明建设也随之进入一个新的历史发展时期。内蒙古自治区党委和政府充分认识到生态文明建设对内蒙古社会发展的重要性,加快推进生态文明建设。

Since the founding of new China, can be divided into three stages： the first stage of ecologi-cal civilization construction in Inner Mongolia is the Inner Mongolia autonomous region was established in the third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee; the second stage is Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee to 17th Congress of the Communist Party of Chinese; the third stage is the Seventeen＇ National Congress held in Inner Mongolia after the stage and promote the con-struction of ecological civilization. The construction of ecological civilization in Inner Mongolia has entered a new historical period. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party committee and government from the strategic and overall height fully recognize the importance of speeding up the construction of ecological civi-lization, accelerate the construction of ecological civilization.
