军备控制视角下的中东和平进程研究

Research on Arms Control and the Peace Process

军备控制是遏制军备竞赛、推动中东和平进程的重要手段,具有不可忽视的重要作用。借助军备控制,中东和平进程取得了一系列成就,埃及和以色列实现了和解,阿-以双方开始走向以土地换和平的道路。但要发挥其全部作用,实现地区全面和平,必须建立区域军控机制、相关国家必须做出必要牺牲、大国必须切实担负责任、军控工作应当贯穿中东和平进程始终。

Arms control is an important tool to contain arms race and promote peace process in the Middle East,which has an important role cannot be ignored,more attention to it.With the help of arms control,Middle East peace process achieved some achievement,relations between Egypt and Israel had normalized,Arab-Israel begun the peace talks based on "land trade peace".However,to play its role to achieve comprehensive regional peace,must do some work including to establish the regional arms control mechanism,Middle East countries should manage as best they can,great powers must bear more responsibility and arms control work should be throughout the Middle East peace process.
