摘要
针对食品制造商与供应商相互独立和一体化两种情况,建立了考虑废弃食品回收处理的两期优化模型,分析了食品零售商、制造商和供应商的食品质量安全水平、废弃食品回收量、零售价格、批发价格和单位食品收益决策及其影响因素,并进行了比较分析。结果表明:两种情况下的废弃食品回收量不同,其中两者独立情况下基本需求量较小的食品的废弃食品回收量更大。
With two conditions that the food manufacturer and the food supplier are independent and integrated,the two-period optimization models for the recycling and treatment of waste food are built,and the decisions including the food quality and safety level,the recycling amount of waste food,the retail price,the wholesale price and the unit food revenue as well as their influencing factors are analyzed comparatively.The main conclusion shows that the recycling amount of waste food is different in two conditions,and the recycling amount of waste food with the less basic demand is more when the food manufacturer and the food supplier are independent.
