摘要
U-S背景下新型教师评价制度是高师合作背景下的教师评价制度,主要是高等师范院校与中小学为促进双方合作的发展,提高双方合作效果而提出的,通过对大量相关文献的阅读,针对师范生实习、在职教师职后培训、大学教师调研等问题,提出一些策略,以期促进教师事业的发展。
New teacher evaluation system in U-S background, mainly mean to promote the development of both sides and raise the effectiveness of cooperation between the two sides.Through reading large number of literature, In view of the problems of normal students' practice, In-service teacher training and University teachers' investigation and research, etc.Put forward some strategies,hope to promote the development of teachers' career.
