摘要
U-S背景下新型教师评价制度是高师合作背景下的教师评价制度,主要是高等师范院校与中小学为促进双方合作的发展,提高双方合作效果而提出的,通过对大量相关文献的阅读,针对师范生实习、在职教师职后培训、大学教师调研等问题,提出一些策略,以期促进教师事业的发展。
