高校复合型人才培养的现状与发展思路

Current Situation and Development of Inter-disciplinary Talents Training in Colleges and Universities

复合型人才培养是高等教育界普遍和流行的一种人才培养模式。现阶段,高校通过大类招生、人才培养试点班、实行第二学位或双学位、开设跨学科选修课程等形式来培养复合型人才。在实际运行过程中,有些高校还存在大类招生流于形式、试点班没有经过科学论证、相关管理体制不健全等问题。高校可以从教育思想观念、教学内容和课程体系、学分制、教学评价、教师队伍建设等方面加强建设和管理,实现复合型人才培养目的。

Inter-disciplinary talents training is a popular model for talents cultivation in higher education.At the present stage,colleges and universities cultivate inter-disciplinary talents through various forms of enrollment by category,opening pilot classes,implementing second degree or double degree,offering inter-disciplinary elective courses.In the actual operation process,some colleges and universities still have problems such as formalistic enrollment by category,pilot classes without scientific proof,unsound management system.Colleges and universities should strengthen the construction and management from the aspects of educational ideology,teaching content and curriculum system,credit system,teaching evaluation and construction of teaching staff,so as to achieve the purpose of inter-disciplinary talents training.
