摘要
针对传统电子镇流器存在稳态工作期间硬开关的问题,提出一种双半桥并联LC谐振变换器设计.首先分析了该变换器的工作原理和工作模态,然后采用基波分析法对变换器电路参数进行了设计.仿真结果表明,通过控制开关频率可实现开关管的零电流导通和零电流电压关断,降低了开关损耗和开关噪声,同时消除了二极管的反向恢复损耗.最后进行了实验,实验结果验证了所提设计方法的正确性和可行性.
Aiming at the problem of hard switching during the steady-state operation of the traditionalelectronic ballast, this paper proposes a new design of dual-half-bridge parallel LC resonant converter. The paperfirstly analyzes the working principle and working mode of the converter, and then adopts sinusoidal analysismethod to design the parameters of the converter circuit. The simulation results show that by controlling theswitching frequency, zero current switching-on and zero current zero voltage switching-off can be achieved,reducing the switching loss and switching noise, and simultaneously eliminating the reverse recovery loss of thediode. Finally the experiment is carried out, and the experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility ofthe proposed design method.
