摘要
对5%氨基寡糖素等6种茶树常用叶面肥开展春茶品质和效益影响研究。结果表明,氨基寡糖素等6种叶面肥处理对春茶感官品质影响不明显;氨基寡糖素和利果美处理春茶水浸出物含量提高;氨基寡糖素、利果美、中茶早、碧护、绿康壮、爱多收处理春茶茶多酚含量均有所提高而游离氨基酸却有所降低;中茶早、碧护和绿康壮处理的春茶咖啡碱含量提高;扣除叶面肥使用工本后,6种叶面肥中只有氨基寡糖素和利果美处理春茶收益极显著高于清水对照,每667m^2分别增收1922.9元和941.6元。
Efects of six common types of foliar fertilizer on quality and benefits of spring tea werestudied. The results show^ed that all chosen foliar fertilizer, i. e. 5 % amio- oligosaccharin, Liguomei,Bihu , Zhongchazao , Lvkangzhuang and Aiduoshou had no significant effects on tea sensory quality.Meanwhile , an increase in the content of water extracts of spring tea had been fwith amio-oligosaccharin and Liguomei. Also , tea polyphenol content was elevated in tal types of foliar fertilizer while the amino acid changed in a reverse trend. Scaffeine increased in the treatments of Zhongchazao , Bihu and Lvkangzhuang. It was also revealed that cost-deducted economic benefit of spring tea in the treatments of amio-oligosacchari1922. 9 yuan and 941.6 yuan per 666 m2 Hgher than the control.
