肾综合征出血热患者血清白细胞介素-8、L-选择素水平的变化及意义 被引量:1

摘要 肾综合征出血热(HFRS)是由汉坦病毒引起的自然疫源性疾病,以发热、出血、肾脏损害为主要表现,其基本病理变化是广泛的毛细血管损伤和炎症反应.本研究探讨血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和L-选择素(L-sel)的变化,评价其在HFRS发病中的作用,现将结果报告如下.
